What does God want to accomplish in the hearts of CrossPointe men?

         1. Minister to the young men in our congregations. Create intensely fun activities for the young men

2. Keep this retreat heavy on interacting with each other and light on information/teaching.

3. Move the hearts of men into intimacy with God. Help men be emotionally honest with themselves and with God. Provide time to confess sin and any posturing, posing and hiding.

4. Help men see the need for honest, transparent, long-term relationships in which trust is build. Help them see the need for relationships in which they feel safe to share their fears, failures, and frustrations.

5. Help men examine if they are hiding behind tasks, roles, and ‘doing’ which enables them to retreat from intimate, life-giving relationships with their wife, kids, and friends.
